DraftResearch Pro — Subscription Agreement

Plain English: Pro is a personal-use subscription billed monthly or annually. It renews automatically until you cancel. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — you keep access through the end of the month you paid for. Annual cancellations get a partial refund: months you've already used are repriced at the standard $9.99 CAD/month rate (the annual discount no longer applies), and the difference is refunded. No sharing or resale, no scraping. Disputes are resolved in British Columbia.

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to DraftResearch Pro, a paid subscription tier offered by DraftResearch.com ("DraftResearch," "we," "us"). By completing a subscription purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription & Access

DraftResearch Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access the full feature set of DraftResearch.com during your active subscription period. Access is for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($99/year) basis beginning on the date of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize DraftResearch.com to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

Monthly subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the month you have already paid for, and the subscription will not renew at the end of that period.

Annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of its 12-month term, DraftResearch.com will refund the unused portion of your subscription, recalculated as follows:

  • Each full month you have already had access to Pro is repriced at the standard $9.99 CAD/month rate. The annual discount no longer applies to the months you used.
  • Your refund equals the annual price you paid, minus the total months used at the $9.99 CAD/month rate, minus any applicable taxes or processing fees the payment processor retains on refunds.
  • Partial months are rounded up to a full month for purposes of this calculation.
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation.

Example. Annual price: $99 CAD. You cancel after 4 months. Repriced usage: 4 × $9.99 = $39.96. Refund: $99 − $39.96 = $59.04 CAD (less any taxes/processor fees, if applicable).

Chargebacks. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting [email protected] may result in immediate account suspension. Please reach out before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — we resolve nearly all refund requests within 10 business days.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Permitted Use

Your subscription grants access for personal research and analysis. Commercial use of exported data, redistribution of model outputs, or use of DraftResearch Pro content in a product, publication, or service offered to third parties requires a separate written licence from DraftResearch.com. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, models, data compilations, tier classifications, and methodology documentation on DraftResearch.com are the intellectual property of DraftResearch.com. Your subscription does not transfer any ownership rights. You may not reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or republish any content from the platform without written permission.

6. No Professional Advice

All data, scores, and outputs are provided for informational purposes only. See our Data Disclaimer for full terms. DraftResearch.com accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on platform outputs.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing account access is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Modifications

DraftResearch.com reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, or features with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
